This is the first of our Panettone Salato (savoury) collection; perfect for your Father’s day celebration. It is nicely paired with a bottle of Prosecco, Taurasi, Negroamaro or a cold beer.
This umami bomb is made using Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses, guanciale and caciocavallo, all of them combined with a lightly sweet Panettone dough. Lastly, a pinch of freshly cracked black pepper to give the final aroma.
Order by June 12th, pick-up on Saturday, June 15th at our Gastown Lab 11 am – 3 pm.
Shelf life: 6 days, stored in a dark and cool location.
