We craft our Pandoro (literally translated as “gold bread”) using a 54-hour slow fermentation method, resulting in a product that stands out for its rich butter and vanilla aroma.

Shelf Life:  30 days, stored at 20°C

Ingredients:  Wheat flour, natural yeast, eggs, sugar, butter, cream, honey, cocoa butter, malt, salt, vanilla, icing sugar.
